With over a decade of experience in UX and UI design, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table. My expertise spans user research, persona creation, journey mapping, sitemap development, wireframing, prototyping for user testing, and delivering fully spec’d UI for developer handover. Additionally, I excel in communicating ideas and presenting to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the design process.
My extensive experience has enabled me to create impactful digital products for renowned companies. Highlights of my career include designing online payment journeys for one of Scotland’s largest banks, contributing to the creation of a design system for a major financial institution, and helping a bank re-imagine their pre-paid travel card.
